It has been open for a long time and I have never had a chance to come here. I suddenly found that the holiday price is quite good. But the pier is too far away. It takes more than an hour to drive from Davao. Waiting for the boat is a bit chaotic. There is no arrangement of order. I feel who is faster and who gets there. I thought it was Dokdo, but I didn't expect it. I have designated some hotels on the island, but the management of Dusit is still good. However, I feel that the Pearl Island is not very cost-effective compared to the same period last year. There are still relatively few equipment, facilities and entertainment. I love Dusit Thani, the staff is very accommodating, especially our butler named Greg, who fulfills all our requests. The place is very relaxing, my kids had a lot of fun, and for me, it’s the best place to celebrate birthday with family. We will definitely come back because we felt like our stay was too short, hehehe. We arrived late because we had errands to run, and need to leave early because there are still things to do. One night is not enough, so it’s better to book for 2 or 3 days, hehehe. Thank you, Dusit Thani, for making my birthday memorable with my family. We love the place and see you again,soon! ❤️

The resort staff are very friendly. We had our butler Kyle who is very helpful and friendly keeping us updated the on thr daily resort activities and always looking after us. Quency the pool attendant is also very friendly and helpful. Overall stay experience is very good. We were spoiled during our first stay last year. For this reason we encourage our family and friends to visit the island or join us. This is our second visit in the resort. However, we noticed the difference and changes with the service from our first visit. Some of the amenities are not available anymore like souvenir bracelets etc. Our room was also not ready and and we are missing some of the room amenities. After talking to our butler it was rectified.

The staff are welcoming, happy, and professional. The stay had everything you could possibly need. It was clean comfortable and quiet. The food is good, the price is somewhat okay. Environment and the atmosphere helped us to relax. Indeed, it is a fantastic place for a family holiday. Special thanks to our butler Raiy for helping and guiding us all throughout.
